Neurology: David L. Kreitzman, MD
David L. Kreitzman, MD, is a board certified neurologist who is fellowship-trained in movement disorders. In 2003, he established the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center of Long Island. Since 2011, Dr. Kreitzman has served as the director of the Parkinson's Disease Clinic at St. Charles Hospital Specialty Care Center. Currently, he and his staff are implementing comprehensive modalities for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and also expanding the center's activities to provide extensive supportive services for patients and caregivers, in addition to community education and access to clinical research studies.
