What Is Neuroscience?
Clinical neuroscience focuses on the mechanisms that underlie diseases and disorders of the central nervous system, which includes the brain, spine and nerves throughout the body. Physicians in the field of clinical neuroscience treat disorders that affect these structures and include neurologists, neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, neuro-oncologists, pain medicine specialists, neuroradiologists, interventional radiologists and rehabilitation specialists.
Why Choose CHS Neuroscience?
We know that it can be difficult to navigate the world of health care and to sift through the options you have when making decisions about your health or the health of a loved one. Our neuroscience program is designed to care for your body, mind and spirit, since we recognize the importance of addressing all three of these integral components of your health care. We have successfully treated thousands of patients with a broad spectrum of neurological disorders, including spinal disorders, brain tumors and stroke.
