In her role as Supervisor, Ann has developed new procedures and techniques and has implemented and maintained a highly specialized computerized information system since 1984.

With the help and support of her husband, who passed away in 1998, she has raised a daughter, Pamela (who has worked at Good Sam for 15 years) and a son, Scott, and has worked full time for the passed 45 years. In October, she will join an American Transfusion Medicine Team traveling to China for a professional and cultural exchange. Ann stated, “Laboratory medicine has been a very rewarding profession, and has offered many challenges and opportunities. I am pleased that I chose Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center as a place to spend these years of service and hope to continue on this path for the foreseeable future.”

Ann has been a Bay Shore resident for more than 55 years. She has two grandsons, Kevin, 5, and Liam, 18 months.
