Veteran anchorman, Rolland Smith, hosts this series highlighting
the vast resources of care in the Catholic Health Services system.
Various health topics are covered with staff members from many
CHS facilities as guests, including physicians, nurses, and
patients participating in the dialogue.
Catholic Health Services: Long Island’s Health Source
has been on the air since November of 2005. Our expert panelists
of doctors and nurses have discussed a wide variety of health
topics and have demonstrated some of the latest techniques and
technologies. Our patients have discussed their experiences
with illness, trauma, healing and triumph.
Watch CHS: Long Island’s Health Source on Telecare, found on
Channel 29 on Nassau and Suffolk Cablevision systems and on
Channel 73 on Brookhaven Cablevision.
