Ingredients

  • 5 (6 oz.) chili-rubbed chicken or turkey breasts
  • 5 ounces black beans
  • 5 ounces roasted corn
  • 3 ounces red onion, chopped
  • 2 ounces red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 fluid ounces lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Directions

  • Prep all ingredients and mix.
  • Garnish with sliced avocado.
