Ingredients
- 5 (6 oz.) chili-rubbed chicken or turkey breasts
- 5 ounces black beans
- 5 ounces roasted corn
- 3 ounces red onion, chopped
- 2 ounces red pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 fluid ounces lime juice
- 1/2 ounce cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced

- Garnish with sliced avocado.
