St. Francis Restorative Yoga
Current research suggests that yoga may be a gentle physical activity option for patients with chronic conditions such as cancer, heart disease, lung disease and diabetes that can
produce benefits in:
• Quality of life
• Psycho-social adjustment
• Symptom management
• Ability to sleep
• Overall sense of well being
Restorative yoga is extremely gentle, meditative, and relaxing. All classes are offered at no charge to participants due to support generously provided by The Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer and The Junior Coalition of The Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer.
