Catholic Health's community outreach bus provides free health screenings—including for blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes—as well as patient education and referrals as needed. The hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No appointments are necessary for members of the community. Insurance is not required and there are no fees.
