Price Estimates for Patients

Catholic Health can help you obtain basic information regarding your cost of care for common medical services provided at our locations. Use our tool below to estimate your out-of-pocket expenses to assist you in making informed health care decisions.

Estimating Your Cost of Care

Please note that these estimates are based on the insurance carrier and plan you have provided. The benefits stipulated by your specific insurance plan will have an impact on the amount that you may owe. To obtain the most reliable out-of-pocket fee for a service at any one of our Catholic Health facilities, it is important to speak with your insurance company. They will be able to assist you with information regarding deductibles, copayment, and coinsurance related to the services received and in accordance with your insurance policy.

Disclaimer: Out-of-Pocket Cost Estimator

Your individual expenses may vary based on pre-existing health conditions, the severity of your illness, and the actual procedure performed. The estimator does not serve as a quote or guarantee. You should not rely upon those estimates. Your actual costs may be higher or lower depending on many factors, including, but not limited to, your physician's treatment choices, actual services rendered, complications, your particular health care needs, location or facility of services, and the details of your insurance coverage, if any.

These estimated costs are only for the facility portion of a patient bill and do not include professional fees charged by physicians and other healthcare providers. You may receive a separate bill from your surgeon, anesthesiologist, or radiologist.

The information provided to you is only an estimate and is based on your general insurance plan and the specific procedure listed. If the procedure is covered, the insurance company decides the amount you are responsible for paying. Specific information on what your deductible, coinsurance, or copay will be, and whether a procedure is covered, can be provided by contacting your insurance company.

In order to understand the full impact of patient financial responsibility, you can coordinate with your insurance company after your provider has identified the procedures likely to be performed, or call us at 631-465-5200.
