Virtual Urgent Care

Catholic Health's Virtual Urgent Care offers video visits so you can easily get prompt care from the comfort of your home. We treat health care issues that are not emergencies such as:

  • Cold & flu
  • Asthma
  • Sore throat
  • Skin infection & rash
  • COVID-19
  • Flu
  • Allergies
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Back pain

How to Find Care

  1. Schedule an appointment with your Catholic Health primary care provider (PCP); or
  2. Schedule an appointment for our Virtual Urgent Care

You will be contacted by phone before your appointment for pre-registration information. You will also receive an appointment reminder.

Call 631-465-4155 if you are unable to schedule an online appointment. Hours: 

  • Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. 

We will coordinate care with your nearest Catholic Health Emergency Department (ED) to help in accelerating your treatment if a visit to the ED is recommended after your appointment. Catholic Health has six EDs located in both Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Before going to an emergency department (ED), we encourage all patients to contact their PCP first. If your PCP is not available then you have the option to schedule an online appointment for our Virtual Urgent Care.

Same day appointments will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
