Ingredients
- 5 (6 oz.) skinless salmon fillets
- 10 ounces fresh watermelon, diced
- 5 ounces cucumber, diced
- 3 ounces red onion, diced
- 2 ounces red pepper, diced
- 1/5 jalapeño pepper, sliced
- 3 fluid ounces lime juice
- 1/2 ounce cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Grill or pan sear salmon.
- Prep all salsa ingredients and mix. Serve with salmon.
