Ingredients

  • 5 (6 oz.) skinless salmon fillets
  • 10 ounces fresh watermelon, diced
  • 5 ounces cucumber, diced
  • 3 ounces red onion, diced
  • 2 ounces red pepper, diced
  • 1/5 jalapeño pepper, sliced
  • 3 fluid ounces lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce cilantro, chopped

Directions

  • Grill or pan sear salmon.
  • Prep all salsa ingredients and mix. Serve with salmon.
