The Catholic Health Community Outreach program provides free health screening including blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and glucose along with patient education and referrals as needed. The hours are from 10am to 2pm. No appointments are necessary for members of the community. Insurance is not required and there are no fees.

Flu shots will be available.
