The Diabetes Education Center at St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center® helps you manage your diabetes and reduce complications. We provide the tools and skills you need to live a healthy and productive life. The Center is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.

We offer one-on-one appointments, as well as group classes and support groups, led by our certified diabetes educators. Topics include nutrition and exercise, mental and behavioral health, understanding medications and reducing complications.
