Comprehensive Care for Women of All Ages
At Catholic Health, our award-winning obstetrics and gynecology programs give women on Long Island access to the highest level of care close to home. Our dedicated physicians and nurses listen closely and offer a personalized approach to optimal wellness for women at all stages of life.
Obstetric Care
Catholic Health obstetricians, nurses and specialists provide expert and compassionate care to support the mother and baby experience from prenatal to postnatal care. All Catholic Health hospitals with obstetric services have neonatal intensive care units (NICU).

Gynecologic Care
Catholic Health is committed to helping women of all ages prioritize their gynecologic health care needs.
Gynecologic problems are relatively common. Many women tolerate symptoms that may indicate endometriosis or other conditions that can be safely and effectively treated. Our physicians are here to help if you have lower abdominal or pelvic pain, cramps, or heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding.
Our comprehensive care for women also includes important screenings, including annual health screenings, mammograms, and osteoporosis screening and treatment.
